• Our neighbors and neighborhood are very important to Antrim Spring
  Farm. Please have the utmost respect when visiting the venue at all times.
  At no time is it permitted to wander into our neighbors’ yards.
• At the end of each event, the client shall be responsible for returning the venue
  space to a broom-clean condition.
• All trash inside and out must be taken to the dumpster in the guest parking lot.
• Any excessive messes such as spills on the walls and floors should be cleaned up.
• All equipment and rentals must be removed immediately following the event’s conclusion unless the venue manager has approved other arrangements. All
  catering food, supplies, equipment, and waste must be loaded out immediately at
  the end of the event.
• The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited.
  All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and
  leave the property as you found it.
• Candles are prohibited.
• Confetti, rice and glitter are NOT allowed indoors or outdoors of the venue for
  cleaning purposes. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Fireworks are NOT PERMITTED at Antrim Spring Farm.
• Smoking or using vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue. A
  designated smoking section is located in the parking lot. Tobacco waste must be
  placed in the proper receptacles.
• No guests are permitted inside the fence with the farm animals.
• Feeding the animals is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are not permitted to cross into the Main House area; all guests must stay
  in the designated venue zone.
• Guests are not permitted to enter any out buildings on the property except for the
  venue.
•  No illegal substances are permitted on the property.
• All alcohol must remain on Antrim Spring Farm premises at all times.
• Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised without an adult.

Failure to follow rules & regulations may result in loss of security deposit & extra charges if damages occur.
